Choosing Imperial for your private party means choosing excellence. At Imperial, we cater to the 30+ age group. You, and your chosen guests, will have full use of the facility. Our dedicated event coordinators work closely with you to manage every detail of your event, allowing you to concentrate on your celebration. At Imperial Coffee House & Lounge, you will have an experience that goes beyond traditional venues – an experience that truly makes the celebration about YOU!
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking at Imperial Coffee House & Lounge, and the remaining balance will need to be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event (subject to availability). Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the full deposit. In the event Imperial Coffee House & Lounge cannot host the party, they will try to reschedule as soon as possible (subject to availability). Deposits at Imperial Coffee House are non-refundable, and any changes to the date/time of the party must happen at least 7 days before the original booking. Balloons, tableware, and banners are welcome at Imperial Coffee House, but confetti, silly string, and cake fights/messes are not allowed and will incur a $100 cleanup fee. Party areas at Imperial come with two folding tables. Guests should bring their own supplies. Outside food and drink are allowed. For any questions, please contact us at 573-355-6552.
